Get ready to see more of Vision in 2026 as the android will have his own Disney+ series. The still-untitled show will have English actor Paul Bettany reprising his role as the superhero. According to US entertainment outlet Variety, Star Trek: Picard executive producer Terry Matalas will serve as the series' showrunner.

Variety added that Matalas was hired due to his work on the third season of Star Trek: Picard which impressed the executives at Marvel Studios. That season saw the return of many cast members from Star Trek: The Next Generation including Jonathan Frakes, LeVar Burton and Michael Dorn.

Vision was last seen in the 2021 Disney+ series WandaVision which ended with Elizabeth Olsen's character coming to terms with the android's death. The series also featured a rebuilt version of Vision, dubbed by fans as White Vision, who antagonised the main characters of the show before gaining the memories of the original Vision.

The upcoming 2024 Disney+ series Agatha All Along will also follow up on the events of WandaVision. Starring Kathryn Hahn, Aubrey Plaza and Patti LuPone, the show will be out on Sep 18.
