Jay Chou Watches New Music Video With A Kangaroo; Asks The Animal If The Song Is Okay
That’s right people, Jay Chou has finally released a new album — Greatest Works Of Art — after six years.
Now, fans are going gaga over the video for his title track, which was released on his YouTube channel on Wednesday (Jul 6).
And it looks like Jay really cares about what every living thing thinks of his latest project.
No, we're not kidding.
On Thursday (Jul 7), the 43-year-old star shared a video of him watching his new music video with a kangaroo. Yes, you read that right.
Jay also repeatedly asked for the kangaroo's approval.
Holding his phone in front of the kangaroo, Jay asked the animal: "Is this okay? Is it acceptable?"
Just like us, netizens were very tickled by Jay's hilarious interaction with the marsupial.
"My puppy is listening [to your song] too," quipped one netizen.
Taiwanese host Ken Lin also left a comment saying: "As long as you're a living thing you should to listen [to Jay's music]!"
Well, turns out Jay has nothing to worry about at all.
The video for 'Greatest Works of Art' was viewed more than 5.7 million times in less than 24 hours. As of press time (Jul 9), it has been watched more than 10 million times.
Not counting his friends from the animal kingdom, of course.
